This special Handmade Crescent Moon dish is a reminder that the Crescent Moon is a time for energy expansion, and to put into action of all the intentions and ideas you set to manifest on the new moon.

Our energy is always expanding with the moon, in the crescent phase as the portion of light from the moon shining is increasing so is the strength and intensity of the plans, ideas and dreams we are growing. Use this strength to propel you forward, just like sprouting a seed, with the hopes of something great to come your way. 

This piece can be used as a dish to keep special things safe or has a hole to hold an incense stick.

These items are handmade at every stage in the making process and so each is unique. From creating the form, to hand making each batch of glaze, to hand carving and hand painting the designs, many variances are found at each stage of the process. Each piece is mindfully created in my studio over a number of weeks, with each finished piece having its own subtle differences. That is the beauty of handmade.
